Arnold Weinright appeared in Leadville during the 1880s. Information regarding Weinright’s whereabouts and activities prior to his arrival to Leadville are unknown. Weinright attended the Altman and Schloss nuptials in 1881. [1] The wedding was held at St. George’s Episcopal Church before the construction of Temple Israel. Weinright was noted for his work with S. Simon and Company as a jobber of gloves and hosiery. [2]
Seymore Weinright died on June 2, 1880. [3] Ralph Weinright was born in 1883 and died on January 17, 1886. [4] Both Seymore and Ralph Weinright are buried side by side in Leadville’s Hebrew Cemetery. While it is apparent that Seymore and Ralph were brothers, their relationship to Arnold is uncertain.
